Hello, my name is Dr. Alice Moore and I'm excited to work with you very soon. Together, we'll start the work to help you get closer to your immediate needs and shor/long-term therapy goals. My ideal client is someone who experienced adversity and wants help identifying trauma’s impact, and, learn to monitor and manage symptoms.

I understand trauma's impact individually and collectively. I help you learn how trauma is affecting you. I can help you to reduce trauma symptoms through mindful wellness practices. I provide highly individualized care with integrative modalities not limited to Brainspotting, somatic experiencing, CBT, narrative therapy, energy, liberation.
