I specialize in working with chronic over-givers navigating anxiety, trauma, and perimenopause. Before becoming a therapist, I spent years in management consulting and personally understand the pressure and pace of Northern Virginia life. Using EMDR we get to the root of the problem for real and lasting relief, always approaching the work at your pace.
