I offer down to earth, compassionate, no BS therapy for people ready to change, and specialize in anxiety, perimenopause/menopause, and trauma using relational EMDR. Having spent the first half of my career in the management consulting/corporate world, I also have a unique understanding of the busy NoVA life from the "other side of the couch".

Anyone with the desire to change can do so, and it is a privilege to help clients remove barriers to leading the thriving lives they deserve! I offer a therapeutic space that is allied to marginalized communities, safe for the LBGTQIA+ community, sex positive, and affirming for poly, enm and kink aligned clients.
