I am a Marriage and Family Therapist with a passion for working with relational dynamics. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families providing a space for clients to explore and find ways to thrive in their relationships, promoting connection and deep intimacy. I work from a holistic therapy lens utilizing a range of techniques to help clients understand their experience.
I am a certified sex therapist; I draw from a variety of approaches with training in the Gottman Method (Level 1 and 2 trained), EMDR, CBT, and others. I work collaboratively with clients, providing a non-judgmental space to do self-exploration and work at clients' pace. I sincerely strive to be a source of strength, hope, and empowerment for my clients.
