Alice Locicero
Psychologist, PhD, MBA, ABPP
Many people, like those I usually work with, feel that, because of experiences in their past, they are not able to live as fully and happily as they wish. They want to be free of the effects of those experiences. Each person sets their own pace, but newer, effective approaches enable most people to reach their therapeutic goals more quickly than they could with older methods. These newer methods require out of session practice and record-keeping, so that we might better understand the events that cause difficulties and develop new ways to respond. The therapist is your guide, mentor, coach, and knowledgeable ally.
I am licensed in California and Massachusetts, and board-certified in clinical psychology. I have experience providing psychotherapy, mentoring, supervision, and consultation.I have developed a mentor/counselor model, and work extensively with US born and immigrant clients, including those who have suffered trauma.
At the present time I have no time available and am not accepting any new clients.
