I am an AASECT-certified sex therapist specializing in intimacy, sexual health, anxiety, and relationship dynamics. I work with both individuals and couples with concerns around desire, communication, sexual shame, sexual difficulties, self-esteem, anxiety, pleasure, infidelity, and compulsivity with pornography/sex. Many of my clients want to grow their emotional awareness, break old patterns that no longer serve them, and create healthier ways of connecting so they can feel more at ease with themselves and in their relationships.

Trained extensively in sex therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and certified in Levels 1 and 2 of the Gottman Method, I integrate evidence-based frameworks while tailoring each session to the unique needs and goals of every client. I offer a supportive space where you can explore your experiences and nurture stronger emotional and sexual connections.
