Starting up therapy can feel intimidating and overwhelming. You might find it hard to let your guard down to really trust your therapist. Knowing this, my initial goal when working with my clients is building a safe relationship. I work primarily from an attachment-based lens, so I believe that the relationship we create together is the most important tool to help you reach your goals.
Most of my clinical experience has been working with teens and adults through themes of identity, relationships, and complex trauma. I hope to help my clients process painful past experiences and strengthen the relationship that they have with themselves and others, so that they can live a life that feels authentic to their true self.
