The search for a therapist can feel intimidating and overwhelming. It can be especially hard if you have a history of difficult relationships. Knowing this, my initial goal when working with clients is building a warm and trusting relationship. I work primarily from an attachment and relational orientation, so I believe that the relationship we create together is the most important tool to help you reach your goals. In our sessions, you can expect me to be present, authentic, and attuned. While working together, I hope to help you strengthen your relationship with yourself and others, through self-understanding and self-acceptance.
Most of my clinical experience has been working with teens and adults through issues related to identity, self-esteem/self-worth, relationships, and complex-trauma. I also have a passion for providing therapy that is LGBTQ+ affirming and neurodiverse affirming.
I have limited availability for in-person sessions (please inquire!), and I offer virtual sessions Monday-Friday. Outside of work, you can find me spending time with my cats or playing video games.
