I'm an Associate Professional Counselor dedicated in providing a safe space for my clients to explore their inner strengths, find meaning in their lives, and achieve healing and resilience. Therapy is a collaborative process that is ultimately built on respect, trust, and honesty. Whether you are struggling with feelings of anxiety, sadness, loneliness, have or are experiencing challenging transitions in your life, I would love to help uncover the source of your suffering and find your inner ally. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, theory-based, and culturally sensitive.
I graduated from Northwestern University with a Masters in Clinical Mental Health and I use an integrative treatment approach. I treat adults facing a variety of symptoms including low self-esteem, childhood trauma, depression, issues in relationships, life transitions, gender and sexual identity, anxiety, racial, ethnic & cultural identity, and many more.
