First session is offered as a free consultation. Providing individual therapy for adults, adolescents and children. All treatment is adapted and customized to fit individual needs. Dr. Verstrat uses a variety of treatment methods that integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, solution-focused therapy, and psychodynamic and attachment theories. She believes in therapy as a collaborative process of healing and positive change. She has had a very diverse client background in age, religion, race, ethnicity, and sexuality.
Because clients need a therapist they feel is a good fit, the first session is offered as a free consultation. Dr. Verstrat offers compassionate, respectful care for individuals across the life span. She has clinical training and rich professional experiences in varied settings.
