Having experienced the challenges of worry, time management, attention difficulties, and procrastination myself, I understand how overwhelming it can be. With a specialization in ADHD, I understand firsthand how its persistent challenges can impact mental health. Additionally, I focus on anxiety and guide clients in exploring effective coping skills.
