I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) with over 30 years of professional experience working in the mental health and substance use field. I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families, helping them address their unique challenges, identify solutions, and live happier, more fulfilling lives. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship issues, addictions, and life transitions.

I completed my Master's degree in Social Work at Virginia Commonwealth University and adapt my treatment approach to each individual and their unique situation. I commonly use evidence-based therapies such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and mindfulness.
