Using mindfulness techniques and an understanding of neurophysiology, my approach to therapy focuses on helping clients to recover and develop their natural capacity to experience well-being and live full, healthy lives. My work is also influenced by training in Internal Family Systems(IFS), Contemplative & Transpersonal Psychology and Addictions Counseling.
