I provide trauma-informed therapy for adults who feel stuck in old patterns and are ready for deeper, lasting change.
My work as a therapist is grounded in lived experience, extensive training, and years of deep self-inquiry. Like many of the adults I work with, I’ve experienced relationship patterns that didn’t feel safe, moments of ignoring my intuition, and the frustration of repeating cycles I couldn’t fully explain at the time. My own healing journey led me to trauma-informed therapy and taught me that meaningful, lasting change is possible when we work at the root—not just the surface.
I specialize in working with adults who feel stuck in old patterns, overwhelmed by anxiety, self-criticism, or relational trauma, and ready to better understand themselves with compassion and clarity. Many of my clients are insightful and self-aware, yet still find themselves repeating dynamics they want to change.
In our work together, I integrate EMDR, Internal Family Systems (parts work), and somatic practices to support trauma processing and nervous system regulation. Therapy with me is collaborative, grounded, and intentional—focused on healing past wounds, building self-trust, and creating change that feels sustainable and real.
