Most therapy unfolds slowly alongside the rhythm of everyday life. What we understand in session begins to shift how we live outside of it. And sometimes what people need most is focused time to pause, understand what is happening in their relationships and nervous system, and imagine a different path forward. I offer therapy intensives for individuals and couples who want to do meaningful work without committing to weekly sessions. My clients are thoughtful, capable people with full lives who know something important needs attention.
In an intensive we step out of the usual pace of life to understand patterns, repair relationships, and reconnect with what matters. With 17+ years of experience in trauma, relationships, and life transitions, I bring a range of tools and perspectives that help new understanding take shape, grounded in your strengths and needs.
Free consultations. You do not need to know exactly what to say, I can ask the questions. Just know that support is there for you.
