Clients that I work with are normally struggling with: ongoing life stressors, emotional regulation, self-esteem, family/relationship dysfunction, trauma, or identity issues (to name a few). Their goals are to work towards healing, empowerment, and self-discovery. My clients are looking for someone who is willing to meet them where they are at in a collaborative, client-centered, and understanding therapeutic relationship, in order to meet goals and learn techniques to handle the ongoing stress that life throws their way.
I am dedicated to providing a safe, non-judgmental, space full of support for the process as well as building a collaborative relationship to help in achieving your goals. I draw on many different therapeutic approaches, including psycho-education, in order to assist in helping to learn and develop coping skills that may be used indefinitely.
In working with clients, I feel that it is exceptionally important to understand that healing is not a linear process, but one with many ups and downs. Therefore, it is vital to meet clients where they are at on their journey. It would be my honor to be able to walk alongside you on your journey towards healing, self-discovery, and empowerment.
