Whether you're struggling with anxiety that won't quiet down, depression that makes each day feel heavy, relationship conflicts, or trauma that still impacts your daily life, I'm here to help you find your way forward. I'm an LPC-S with extensive experience in clinical mental health, substance use treatment, schools, and private practice. I work with individuals (ages 6+) navigating challenges such as: grief, depression, mood disorders, anxiety, self-esteem, trauma, multicultural/identity stressors, and family/relationship stressors.
My approach is personalized, not one-size-fits-all. I draw from evidence-based techniques across different therapeutic approaches to create a treatment plan that actually fits you by focusing on your personality, identified goals, and your unique situation.
