My practice centers on creating a safe and affirming space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, behaviors, strengths, and desires in order to move forwards growth and healing. We will navigate harder to articulate feelings like shame and guilt to make space for self-compassion, self-knowledge, acceptance and growth. I have 10 years of experience supporting individuals in schools, clinic, outpatient and inpatient settings. I am passionate about working with, and have grown my practice with a focus on individuals, adolescents and couples that are seeking to heal from relational experiences.
My approach is holistic, drawing from psychodynamic, relational and somatic principals. I approach my sessions with a humanistic, interpersonal lens as we work to explore your internal and external landscapes. We will identify any barriers or unhelpful patterns of thoughts and behaviors, and utilize strategies and tools to help you disrupt unhealthy cycles.
I believe in the power of authentic human connection and I employ a warm, direct, strengths-based and solution-focused approach with clients. Our time together will focus on developing a deep understanding of who you are, what you want to work on in a judgment free environment that will help you engage in your work meaningfully and vulnerably.
