My ideal clients are individuals aged 18+ navigating anxiety, depression, or life transitions. You may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about your path. My goal is to provide a safe, empathetic space to explore your thoughts and emotions without judgment. I believe everyone can benefit from mental health support, and the hardest step is asking for help. Together, we can work to help you regain control, find purpose, and create a fulfilling life that aligns with your values and goals.

I specialize in ADHD, bipolar disorder, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, marital counseling, divorce, postpartum mental health, and supporting the LGBTQIA+ community. I’m trained in EMDR and incorporate approaches like Family Systems, CBT, TF-CBT, and motivational interviewing to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs.

I understand how challenging it can be to navigate life’s difficulties. You don’t have to face these struggles alone.
