Starting therapy can feel overwhelming but you don't have to navigate it alone. I'm Ali Simpson (she/her), a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and Board Approved Clinical Supervisor. I provide an affirming, compassionate space where you can be honest about what's happening beneath the surface and work towards meaningful, lasting change.
I work with adolescents (12+) and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, relationship and family concerns, chronic stress, identity exploration, low self-worth, and people-pleasing. I have extensive experience supporting LGBTQ+ and BIPOC clients, as well as those healing from childhood trauma.
My approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy to help clients build insight, regulate emotions, strengthen resilience, and reconnect with their values.
