Hello! Moving toward personal healing and growth can be hard. I choose to acknowledge client's vulnerability and meet them with compassion and kindness during their journey. I’m here to help clients of all ages navigate the uncomfortable, difficult, and uncertain times in their life. I'm a Licensed Master Social Worker with a passion for working with children, adolescents, and adults struggling with anxiety, self doubt, peer or relationship conflict, impulse control, grief, and depression. We all need help sometimes, it is nothing to be ashamed of. I'm dedicated to being the help my clients seek!
Using an authentic and collaborative approach, I prioritize the needs and wants of my clients and act as a companion on their journey, offering support, ideas, feedback and interventions. I use methods of CBT, ACT, IFS, and a person-centered approach. In session, clients will be met with positivity and I will work to highlight client strengths.
