Many people have mental health concerns from time to time. We feel stuck or face certain challenges. Sometimes we know what’s wrong and other times, we have the nagging sensation that something feels “off." Using a structured framework, I’ll help you cope with life’s daily struggles, trauma, depression, anxiety, narcissistic personality disorder (NPD) parents, work-related concerns and loss. Understanding the causes of your troubles, alleviates your symptoms. And, when we do, you’ll feel renewed and be a better-quality partner, parent, friend, family member, and colleague.
I take a creative and pragmatic approach rooted in the here and now. You’ll gain critical insight and essential skills to surmount the obstacles in your way, to chart a new path forward based on what’s meaningful, productive, and fulfilling to your future, unbridled by the past.
Using a combination of psychotherapy, family systems, somatic and person-centered therapy, in a safe and welcoming environment, we’ll uncover and explore the experiences, beliefs, and feelings preventing you from living your best life. We’ll dismantle old triggers and replace them with healthy choices and positive options to help you make better decisions.
