I work with adults and partners who want more honest, connected, and expansive relationships with themselves and others, including folks who are questioning, and those in LGBTQIA+, kink/BDSM, and consensual non-monogamous communities. Starting therapy around sex, relationships, or identity can feel vulnerable—and you don’t have to navigate it alone.
My approach is collaborative, affirming, and rooted in curiosity and compassion. I work from a trauma-informed, Internal Family Systems (IFS) lens, integrating somatic based practices to help you build deeper connection to yourself and work with protective parts with compassion.
Together we can move through shame and challenge, toward a more authentic expression of desire, pleasure, and relational freedom. I aim to create a space that is warm, direct, and nonjudgmental—where all parts of you are welcome, and where we move at a pace that honors both safety and discomfort, while together finding a healthy edge for growth.
Our first session is a space to get to know each other, explore what’s bringing you in, and begin shaping what you want more of in your relationships, your sexuality, and your life.
