I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), an evidence-based approach that helps the brain reprocess distressing memories so they no longer feel as overwhelming. I integrate EMDR with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), hypnotherapy, and sex therapy, tailoring each session to your specific needs and goals.
