First things first, I am NOT your typical therapist. I am a trauma therapist who utilizes EMDR to help you get UNSTUCK. I am NOT interested in you sitting on the couch with me for years. I want you to dive right in, do the hard work, heal and get on with living your full potential in life. Instead of putting out fires, I want to get to the root and figure out what’s causing them in the first place. Once we’ve dug deep, we will see what needs to be repaired, what’s not working and explore what you want to see happen in your life. Then we will focus on rebuilding so that you can be free to live without limitations or blocks.
As a therapist, my main focus is on helping people recover from a seemingly hopeless state of mind, body and soul. I specialize in working with those suffering with CPTSD, PTSD, recovering addicts, codependents, people in painful relationships and those suffering with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, unresolved trauma/abuse and destructive patterns.
