As a psychotherapist and Life Coach I am trained in clinical social work as well as in exercise physiology. I understand how the mind, body and emotions are interconnected. When we are physically attuned, we are able to access deeper parts of ourselves. These deeper parts may be limiting due to old beliefs, negative behavior patterns, confusing emotions, and often times a combination of all three. Also, I bring to my clinical practice over 28 years experience in fitness and coaching team sports. Together we can work to set and achieve clear, obtainable life goals.
People seek counseling for many reasons: stress, deepen connection, resolve conflict, overcome painful emotions, heal past traumas, grieve losses, personal growth, or for support during major life transitions. Others seek coaching when stuck in old patterns, looking to move forward in life challenges and setting professional, personal and relationship goals.
