I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in the treatment of anxiety disorders, depression, and relationship difficulties in children, adolescents, and adults. Therapy can feel daunting to some and my goal is to create a safe and comforting therapeutic space for each of my clients. I developed a niche for working with those emerging into adulthood and young professionals in NYC who are having difficulty managing day to day commitments, asserting needs to others, connecting socially and becoming motivated to accomplish their personal, professional and dating goals.
Therapy is often open-ended, but I pride myself on helping my clients become the best version of themself and seeing concrete changes in their life. My unique approach to therapy is through compassion relatability and realness.
Finding a therapist that is the right fit is what will really allow you to reach your therapeutic goals. I look forward to hearing from you!
