My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from psychoanalytic, relational, and cognitive behavioral (CBT) perspectives. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR therapy), offered both virtually and in person. For many clients, combining EMDR with a psychodynamic framework supports deep healing from trauma.
