Welcome! I'm Ali, and I'm a somatic psychotherapist. I work with teenagers and adults with a variety of challenges including depression and anxiety, complex and acute trauma, grief, shame, issues related to neurodivergence (primarily ADHD, Autism, and sensory processing differences), gender, sexuality, consensual nonmonogamy, and spirituality.
I understand that it can be challenging to know what is okay to bring up in therapy. I welcome all of you into our sessions: your heart, mind, body, the identities you hold, and your connections to what lives beyond your self.
