I work with individuals and couples looking to improve the quality of their relationships and work through emotional and behavioral difficulties. I am also interested in helping clients to navigate the challenges that come with the end of a relationship. Other groups I like to work with include individuals in stressful life stages and clients struggling with anxiety, depression, substance use, and adjustment issues. I’m particularly drawn to young adults and adults in my practice. As a therapist, I will challenge and encourage you to make necessary changes.
I use a variety of approaches to treatment, including person-centered, strengths-based, emotionally-focused, attachment theory, and cognitive-behaviorally based interventions. I work with you to determine your goals in therapy and use a warm, authentic approach to help you meet them.
