I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can unpack what's been weighing on you, feel at home with yourself, and move forward with clarity, confidence and self-trust.
I’m a relational, trauma-focused therapist. My style is warm, collaborative and direct (with a little humor when it fits). Blending several evidence-based approaches, including IFS, ACT, DBT, attachment-focused, and narrative therapy, we’ll work together to make sense of your story, regulate your emotions with compassion, and find empowerment and wholeness.
Reaching can feel especially vulnerable— especially when you're beginning to look at the patterns, pain, or protective strategies you’ve been carrying.
