My approach to therapy is deeply person-centered, grounded in unconditional positive regard and the belief we are all inherently worthy of connection and compassion. I am guided by strengths-based and trauma-informed perspectives which seek to enhance the healing tools we may already hold inside.

I specialize in work with adults dealing with anxiety, OCD, depression and panic attacks. I also have training in work with pregnancy/postpartum journeys as well as grief, loss, and aging processes. I implement the therapeutic modality best suited for your needs, as therapy should not be a one-size-fits-all approach.
