I work with adults who come to therapy for parenting concerns, attachment or relationship issues, anxiety and mood disorders, ADHD and/or Autism, adjustment issues and life transitions (divorce, separation, loss, work stressors, etc.), or issues related to family of origin. I also work with new and expecting parents and infants and children 0-6.

I am trained in many evidence-based models for individuals and families. I am an endorsed Infant Mental Health Specialist and nationally rostered in Child Parent Psychotherapy. I am a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Practitioner and a Certified ADHD Clinical Services Provider. I am also certified in TF-CBT and trained to provide MSOYW, COSP, and TBRI.
