With over 11 years of practice providing psychotherapy for adults, teens and adolescents, my approach brings together EMDR (resolving trauma through the body), brainspotting, inner parts work/IFS, nature based ecotherapy, mindfulness, meditation, and spiritual and expressive arts therapies to support you on a journey towards wholeness, resilience, and relief from suffering.
