I'm going to be real and honest with you. I've had my own challenges, I'm not surprised by anything. I'm an EMDR/Somatic and Polyvagal trained therapist. I believe in the power of these modalities to free people from pain and I've been through EMDR myself. I can attest to it's effectiveness to change our thinking and behaviors that is life altering.
