Welcome! I'm so glad you're here. I understand that starting (or re-starting) your therapy journey can be daunting, and I commend your courage. Through specialized training in AEDP, ecotherapy, and play therapy, I support my clients of all ages with a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-recovery, improving self-worth, and navigating life transitions. I take a collaborative and strengths-based approach, in which we work together to better understand and reduce distressing thoughts, feelings and behaviors, and to improve your relationship with yourself and others.
I offer both in-person and virtual appointments. In addition to in-office appointments, I offer walk-and-talk nature-based sessions. This format tends to serve folks who struggle with traditional therapy environments and/or those seeking the mental health benefits of increased experiences in nature.
I practice with a social justice lens that addresses the systemic and cultural contexts that shape your experiences. I am passionately committed to supporting my clients with moving towards their uniquely authentic self, improving trust in self and others, and increasing their zest for life.
