Covid-19 has disrupted nearly all our connections with friends, family, work, and community. This has brought out the unfulfilled need for connection in relationships already stressful, and has inspired people to find creative ways of strengthening connection.
My principles of practice include Mindfulness, Self-Compassion, Humanistic Psychology, Positive Psychology, Motivational Interviewing, Imago Therapy, and 12-Step recovery principles. In short, these are approaches that aim to enrich a person's strengths, rather than fix what's "broken." I don't believe anyone is broken.
