My theoretical orientation is client-centered and existential. Existential is a form of philosophical inquiry that explores the problem of human existence and centers on the lived experience of the thinking, feeling, acting individual. I adapt treatment to your needs and integrate evidence-based therapies, CBT, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing.
I work with life transitions, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, and trauma. I am not afraid to be flexible in my approach.
