At Wild and Wonderful Life, experience heals. We offer nature-based therapy, hiking, indoor therapy and psychedelic-assisted therapy with ketamine and cannabis (not at the same time). You are unique, and your therapy should be too. Our goal is to work together to find your path forward.
Aleya's background is in science education, making her a huge nerd & a fan of all the things we are discovering about interpersonal neurobiology and psychedelics. She assigns homework & loves to play. She guides rock climbing and offers nature retreats, and is the Wild & Wonderful Life Clinical Director.

Women's Rock Climbing for Anxiety and Depression
Starting soon!! Rock climbing is a full body therapeutic activity that focuses on joining the mind and body. This rock climbing group uses mindfulness and movement to decrease symptoms of anxiety, depression, insomnia and relational trouble. We meet once weekly to practice mindfulness and basic rock climbing skills in the context of a women only social group.
