My passion lies in helping others navigate through various challenges, including grief, stress, anxiety, religious trauma and deconstruction, divorce, relationship difficulties, attachment wounds, and gender and sexuality issues. With a background in intensive outpatient programming, I've gained valuable experience in assisting those who have faced significant challenges and traumas, while also working towards recovery. I specialize in working with adults, college students, and couples, fostering a supportive environment for exploration, healing, and growth.
