As a mental health counselor, I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress to name a few. I strive to help you manage daily life, process your past, and learn skills you can apply outside of my office. I have a passion for working with LGBTQ+ folks and neurodivergence, making sure every client feels comfortable to share their life.
