I work with adults and older adults in individual therapy to address PTSD and symptoms stemming from trauma (e.g., abuse, neglect, the sudden death of a loved one, exposure to violence, assault, combat, critical incidents). I offer EMDR Intensive Therapy for those looking for quicker results, as well as standard weekly therapy, both in person and via telehealth.
With over 19 years of experience in mental health and over 13 as a Psychologist, I specialize in delivering evidence based and trauma informed care. I am an EMDR certified therapist; certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy and CBT-Insomnia; and well versed in acceptance & commitment therapy, narrative exposure therapy, and cognitive-behavioral therapy.
I provide telehealth services to adults in 40+ U.S. jurisdictions/states and in person services in Newport News, VA (City Center).
