I’m a relationship and sex therapist who loves helping couples and individuals discover how to increase relationship satisfaction and have the sex life they fantasize about. You'll find a space that is compassionate - a place where you'll feel comfortable as you explore and discover unique solutions for your concerns. You will work to build communication and conflict management skills, increase emotional connection with self and others, and deepen intimacy within your relationships. You will be encouraged as you explore your sexuality and discover solutions that will give you the knowledge, confidence, and wholeness that you desire.

I've been trained in Gottman Method Couples Therapy (Level 2), TF-CBT, and sex therapy. I offer pre-marital therapy, couples therapy, and sex therapy. Some of the concerns I treat in sex therapy are mismatched sexual desire, erectile dysfunction, delayed ejaculation, sexual avoidance, sexual trauma, difficulty achieving orgasm, and painful sex.
