I’m a relationship therapist who loves helping couples and individuals learn how to have healthy relationships and satisfying sex. I strive to provide a space that is safe and compassionate, where you will feel comfortable as you explore sensitive topics and discover unique solutions for your concerns. Together we will work to building communication skills, increasing emotional connection, improving conflict management, and deepening intimacy in your relationships. You will be encouraged as you explore sexuality and discover answers that will give you the knowledge, the peace, and the wholeness that you desire.
Working with me, you will learn to effectively communicate and manage conflict using research-based interventions. You will increase your confidence to navigate through any concerns that are preventing you from enjoying a healthy, fulfilling life. You will complete therapy with a toolbox that will be invaluable as you move through life and relationships.
