I am supervised by Chris Medley, LPC-S TLN 74522. My primary goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I believe that healing begins with connection, and my approach centers on building trust and understanding as we work together toward your goals. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques to meet your individual needs, including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches.
