Are you going through a big life transition, like starting a new school or job, moving, or entering a new chapter? Navigating anxiety that's making it hard to feel like yourself? Understanding a recent or suspected ADHD or Autism diagnosis, and what that means for how you move through the world? My ideal client may be experiencing any of these, or is simply looking to understand themselves more deeply and grow into their potential. They may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or like they're constantly masking. They want to feel more at ease day to day, build a life that fits who they are, and embrace their authentic self.

My approach to therapy is neuroaffirming and warm, and blends Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and person-centered therapy. As a neurodivergent therapist myself, I bring both clinical training and lived understanding to my work. I see clients age 15-45.

We all experience anxiety and change in life, but that doesn't mean you have to go through it alone. We all have strengths and are whole exactly how we are.
