We will work together to understand how your past informs who you are now, but does not define it. I help clients identify their negative thinking patterns that have kept them stuck in their lives. Together we will generate new, rational alternatives that will help you gain perspective about the life you want to be living.
My clinical style is warm, client-centered and collaborative. We will start our time together right where you are now in your life. I treat adults age 18 and older with a range of issues and disorders like depression, bipolar disorder, and many types of anxiety disorders. Email is the quickest way to reach me.
