With commitment to the process, Jungian Analysis can provide a sturdy container for deepening your capacity to lean with curiosity into discomfort, difference, and the unknown as it shows up in your life. We will bring attention to present experience and past dynamics, working together to become more connected to the feelings, images, and values that shape your sense of self, inform your symptoms, and tug you towards your own becoming. To support this work, I am in intensive Jungian analytic training and draw on training in relational psychoanalysis, mindfulness and embodiment practices, and somatically engaged Jungian dreamwork.
A Jungian approach is shaped by curiosity about the images that emerge in our dreams, creative practice, relationships, daily life experiences, and the major and minor challenges that we find ourselves facing and suffering in our lives. Over time this work supports making choices and cultivating attitudes in deeper relationship with the whole Self.
I also hold a Doctor of Theology in Religion, Gender, & Culture and Master of Divinity focused in depth psychology & religion. Given this training, I bring deep curiosity and care to spiritual experiences, crises of faith, and questions of religious identity when working with clients who are interested in exploring these areas.
