Handspring is a modern mental health clinic that provides personalized, evidence-based behavioral care for children, adolescents, and young adults. We currently serve children (ages 8-17) and young adults (18 years and over) who are looking for treatment for anxiety, depression, or behavioral difficulties. Our therapeutic approaches include CBT, DBT, organizational skills training, behavior therapy, exposure & response prevention, and parent management training.

We offer individual therapy, family therapy, and parenting training. Our approach tends to work best for families who are able to consistently engage in weekly sessions that are action-oriented, problem-focused, and collaborative.

I am passionate about creating a warm and welcoming environment for children and caregivers. My priority is always to tailor therapy to the client's needs, bringing in a mix of different modalities to find the most effective method. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, playing with my dogs, and eating yummy foods!
