Prior to joining Ellie Mental Health, I provided art therapy and counseling to adults at behavioral health and rehabilitation units, adolescents at a school for learning disabilities, and children at a domestic violence shelter. I work with children, adolescents, and adults and have a diverse background working with individuals who experience depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, low self-esteem, and family/relationship issues.
Committed to providing a judgement free zone and safe space for all clients by promoting self-expression, self-esteem, and emotional regulation. Everyone has their own inner artist and I encourage creativity and authenticity with clients. I use person-centered, cognitive behavioral, and trauma-informed lenses accompanied with art processes to aid in wellness
