I am committed to working with children, adolescents, and young adults to help them overcome challenges, heal from past traumas, meet their goals, and, most importantly, live their best lives! My areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, and stress management. As a school social worker, I understand the importance of continuing care through the summer and engaging in supplemental services during the school year. I know that finding such care can be challenging, but I hope that I can make things a bit easier!
My approach to therapy is always one of warmth, empathy, and understanding. I am laid back and non-judgmental, and I will always find creative ways to best suit the specific needs of those who I am working with. I use a lot of mindfulness and meditative techniques in my practice, and enjoy combining such strategies with other evidence-based modalities.
