I specialize in working with neurodivergent humans - especially those who have masked or felt totally overwhelmed by "simply" existing. Whether you're experiencing moments of high anxiety, overstimulation, shutdowns, trouble with friends, or masking so hard that you kind of forgot who you are - we might be a good fit.

I offer neurodivergent informed therapy that focuses on nervous system attunement and somatic interventions. My job is to create the environment where you can start to show up authentically, work through challenges, and learn the tools to track and settle your nervous system.
